I have a brand new PC all loaded with the necessary OS and programs etc. Having only purchased my PC in December last, I fail to see the purpose of engaging in such a load of unnecessary disruption and thoroughly pointless activities. Whether you update it or not is your own decision, but if it were me I would just do a clean install of Windows 10 version 1903 on that computer and get rid of all that crapware.
That is just a junk app that comes with HP PCs. Having HP Audio Switch on your computer just indicates that you have never done a clean install of Windows on this PC and you have never cleaned up all of the crapware that comes pre-installed.
